About Dr. Mintz
Dr. Mintz completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania. She received her medical degree at the University of Miami. Dr. Mintz completed her first residency training at the Yale University School of Medicine. During her residency at Yale, Dr. Mintz also earned a Masters in Public Health, conducted National Institute of Health funded research and was an adjunct faculty member at the Yale University School of Medicine.
After researching for two world-class pharmaceutical companies, Dr. Mintz chose to pursue her longtime passion for psychiatry. Dr. Mintz completed a second residency in Psychiatry at the University of Miami School of Medicine where she was Chief Resident and received numerous awards for her extraordinary clinical skills, research and teaching.
Dr. Mintz is recognized by her colleagues as an accomplished researcher and has been published in preeminent peer-reviewed psychiatric journals including the American Journal of Psychiatry and Psychiatric Services.
Dr. MIntz is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Mintz holds unrestricted licenses to practice medicine in Florida and Connecticut.
